A few clips from the documentary “The Kennedy Assassination – Beyond Conspiracy” ABC aired this program in 2003, the 40th anniversary of the shooting. It was hosted by Peter Jennings. In my opinion, it supports the most logical (as supported by evidence) view – that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in assassinating President John Kennedy on November 22, 1963.

At 0854 EDT, Olly, at City Hall, interviewed a woman from the PATH train explosions. Consider the timing; she experienced explosions in the Path station (under the WTC plaza), came above ground, saw the explosions in WTC1, then walked several blocks to be interviewed by Olly. The explosions in the WTC plaza occurred before 0845. The side of each 14″ box column was a 400′ long sheet of steel 1/4″ wide and 14″ deep. Bare, it would have acted as a knife on any aircraft fuselage or wing hitting it. As a box column and spandrel cage, it was a wall. The Peter Jennings audio is from his interview with Evan Fairbanks on ABC. The 5.5 second difference (FOX5 from Washington and the Chopper 5 images shown out west) has never been explained. CNN showed it 2 seconds later, but they were using ABC’s broadcast.
